The only one that really sticks out, in my mind, that you missed was Adam Phillips. Even though he was a credible artist before he joined Newgrounds, Newgrounds is one of the biggest reasons for his amount of fame. Many believe his story telling abilities are lacking, but in a world where parodies and dick jokes reign supreme, I don't really see why that would hinder is joining the list of greats.
Oh so you forgot about nogfish, adam phillips, leafworthy, and many others, yet you put in gonzossm? I mean, his art's good but he isnt much of an animator.

Despite the fact that everyones opinion is different, I will post someone you missed anyway, because I completley disregard the fact.
For those who keep saying Kirbopher, I think its rather obvious why he wouldn't belong on this list.
He may be a good animator, but he fails as an artist. I doubt people here will understand that.
While he's made some good things before, the only thing he really has to hold on to as an animator is his outrageous amounts of popularity. And oh god how he holds on to it. I don't think I've seen anyone whore out their fame quite like he has. Whenever he makes a movie that's well received, he milks that shit until its dead and screaming. Example, Parody Rangers. Enough said there.
