The forum is called Bullshit Forum and it is generally a pretty free speaking place to be, i'm a Moderator there and can easily say the staff are pretty lenient with spam and people having a laugh, there are also sections dedicated to serious topics, art, movies, games, Flash, Photoshop and near enough anything else!
